Eisner cashes in Disney stock options for hundreds of millions
Disney chief Michael Eisner used stock options to buy about 7.3 million Disney shares at 1989 prices and sold most for an estimated 516 million. Disney said shares closed at 95 3/16 on the NYSE. Spokesman John Dreyer cited options at 17.14 for 5.5 million and 19.64 for 1.8 million shares.

A 14 year old Heath High School victim Nichole Hadley donated heart lungs liver kidney and pancreas. Her heart and lungs were flown to Louisville while other organs were allocated elsewhere. Thomas Hereford of Jeffersonville Indiana received both lungs and was listed in serious but stable condition. Nichole’s parents Chuck and Gwen Hadley said she wanted to help others.
