Elaborate Christmas vespers planned by school of fine arts
Preparations are under way for the annual Christmas all musical vespers at 4 PM on December 11 in the E U auditorium. The School of Fine Arts presents the event with help from art and design by paintings and tableaux from the Christmas story. A vested choir of more than fifty voices will lead the dor tal numbers with about twenty more in the musical ensemble. Duets trios and solos with instrument and organ accompaniment are planned. Laurel Anderson joins as concert organist in the opening number. Last year the program drew a large crowd but many were turned away due to space, but the new auditorium will accommodate all attendees.
