Washington August 31 CP Gil bert Harrison vice chairman of the American Veterans committee said Kilian sentence can only be interpreted as a whitewash of the horrors at the Lichfield replacement depot. Kilian fined 500 and reprimanded in a Ban NaU heim Germany after a conviction for cruelty to American prisoner soldiers at Lichfield camp England where he was former commander.
