Wayne Patterson twenty two of 1241 Louisiana street died after a tray of rockets fell on him at Sunflower Ordnance Works. He had been injured Sunday night while working in a constant temperature magazine and later died at Lawrence Memorial hospital. Edward B. Lord a safety engineer said Patterson returned to work the next afternoon then died Wednesday evening.
