Project manager C A Logan reports that all cooperative agreements must be signed by January 1 1937. Farmers in the project area who have not sent in applications should notify the Ottawa office to be included. Conditions currently hinder alfalfa and grass seeding. if not favorable, delay until spring or fall. Newly built terraces should be disked or harrowed after completion to level uneven areas and create a uniform levee. Operations should run on the contour and parallel to terraces.
