Pedestrian hospitalized after crash with two vehicles on Tennessee Street
Lawrence police responded to a 1:30 a.m. crash on 1600 block of Tennessee Street injuring an 18 year old non resident pedestrian. The victim was taken to Kansas University Hospital in Kansas City Kan in critical condition. Witness Blake Albrecht reported the pedestrian pinned between two Ford Explorers and the first driver freed him. Police noted intoxicated witnesses and unclear sequence of events.
