Hong Kong detains Falun Gong followers outside liaison office
Ten Falun Gong followers were detained for five hours after blocking a sidewalk in front of China's liaison office in Hong Kong. They were released without charges, and protests resumed about 30 yards from the building as police surrounded the area. The group, deemed an evil cult by Beijing, faces harsh rhetoric from officials but remains legally protected in Hong Kong.
