Ronald Reagan Trail opens in Dixon Illinois honoring early life
The Reagan Trail, marked by signs, follows the future president’s Illinois youth from Dixon to Tampico and Eureka College. About 200 people attended the opening ceremonies as Dixon officials plan a film festival and free tours of sites connected to his childhood and rise to prominence. Maureen Reagan represented the family.
