Loss of tailback another blow to MU's weak running attack
Missouri faces a strengthened need to fix its ground game after four offensive line seniors exit and tailback Mark Jackson leaves the program amid Jehovah's Witness beliefs. Joe Freeman may join late while Jeff Handy’s passing remains a key asset. MU eyes improved run defense and a new defensive staff. Plans to replace Omniturf with natural grass at Faurot Field for 1995 also move forward with board approval sought.
