Latvian man extradited to Kansas over export scheme charges
Oleg Chistyakov a Latvian national appeared in federal court in Kansas City Kansas after extradition from Latvia to face 26 charges linked to an illicit export plot. He allegedly brokered avionics sales for KanRus with Kansas colleagues Buyanovsky and Robertson, moving parts through multiple countries to Russia.
