Douglas county contract bids set for fort to fort highway
County commissioners readvertise for grading the Fort to Fort highway sections west of Lawrence. Bids open September 27 at the courthouse as engineers estimate work and surface finish aim for this fall and spring paving. Section A grading by Cook and OBrien starts north of town.
