McGee returns to Kansas football after ACL setback and redshirt year
After a year as a contributor with extra eligibility, McGee redshirted in 2022 then suffered a season ending ACL injury in fall 2023. Granted an injury waiver, he rejoins as a seventh year senior at defensive end, sharing a rotation with Jerome Robinson and Dylan Wudke while KU rebuilds with a mix of veterans and three freshmen.
