She was born September 18 1914 in Eudora KS to Roger and Katherine Stanley and lived in Eudora her entire life. She owned hair salons in Baldwin City and Eudora and later worked at Sunflower Ammunition Plant in the 1960s. She married Lawrence Woodrow Wilson March 14 1942 in Olathe KS. he died June 10 1997. Lawrence man dies in mowing accident near Perry Lake
Jefferson County Sheriff reports 74 year old Andrew Baux of Lawrence died while mowing trails near Perry Lake. He was driving a tractor with a mower attachment when pinned under it. Two horseback riders found him around 10 a.m. and notified authorities. Baux volunteered as Perry Lake mower.
