GOP urges cavalry charge to boost Bush at convention

Republicans in Houston framed the Democratic Congress as the obstruction to Bush. They forecast a cavalry charge to damage Clinton's image and propel Bush in the fall. Ex-senator tabbed for revenue post in Kansas

The College Housing Group of Roanoke Texas blamed July rains for the stalling of construction and occupancy.
