Detectives travel to Phoenix to check lead in death case
Two Lawrence police detectives flew to Phoenix to pursue a lead in the beating death of 40 year old Danny Davis. They will question Morris, a former associate arrested in Phoenix on unrelated charges, and may gain new information to aid the homicide inquiry. Davis was found Aug. 8 and died Tuesday at KU Medical Center.
