Governor concedes GOP primary to Kobach after recount doubt
Kansas Governor Jeff Colyer announced at a State House news conference that he will not seek a recount in the Republican gubernatorial primary. Colyer, trailing Kris Kobach by about 345 votes as counties continue canvassing, congratulated Kobach and said outcomes could not change without extraordinary steps.

Lawrence father wins chance to argue deportation case
