Lawrence approves $6.1M aquatic center redesign plan
Lawrence City Commission votes 4-1 to approve a preferred concept for Outdoor Aquatic Center renovation within a $6.1 million budget. The plan preserves the deep dive pool, a 25-meter lap section, water slide and plunge pool on the west side, updates the bathhouse drainage and privacy features, and adds an accessibility ramp.
