Judge blocks removal in Hawks owner feud over Joe Johnson deal
A Georgia judge granted temporary injunction stopping the removal of Boston businessman Steve Belkin as managing partner of Atlanta Spirit LLC. The ruling cites a preexisting contract and notes Belkin’s refusal to approve a $70 million Johnson deal may not justify removal.
