Smokie Butts: Man Builds Western Town From Cigarette Butts
Clif Hibner of Gaslight Village creates Smokie Butts, an Old West town from about 6,300 cigarette butts glued to plywood. The display includes a jail, general store, post office, railroad, church, hotel and more, with figures and flags. He spent around 45 dollars on materials and says the project drew a crowd at the mobile home park.
