Wheat Market Mixed as Government Report Looms in Chicago
Wheat futures edged lower late in Chicago trading with September near 1.66 and December around 1.63, after an earlier spike on supply concerns. The market remained unsettled amid profit taking and expectations a U S government crop report due Monday. Cattle and hogs showed varied moves with hogs up to 14.05 and cattle mostly steady to firm as farmers watch weather and demand.
