County budget shifts 3M to ease jail crowding
Douglas County Commission weighs a 2019 budget plan reallocating 3 million from current spending to address jail overcrowding with 14 million cut from capital allocations for facilities and roads. Commissioners will hear recommendations from Assistant Administrator Plinsky and Public Works Director Browning on Wednesday.
