Tracy Outlaw Tracy Kills Self After Cavalry Shot
Harry Tracy, escaped Oregon convict, was cornered near Fellows Washington in a wheat field after a long pursuit by Sheriff Gardner and a posse. He wounded a deputy, then fatally shot himself with a revolver around 4:30 am as reinforcements closed in, ending a dramatic manhunt across Oregon and Washington.
