The Justice Department indicted two election officials and 14 poll workers in Telfair County Georgia for casting and counting fraudulent ballots in last November's presidential election. A grand jury in Savannah also noted failures by the county Board of Registrars and a deputy registrar to register voters properly or purge ineligible names.
