Cedarhurst of Lawrence opens a 76-room senior living facility
The new Cedarhurst of Lawrence at 4550 Bauer Farm Drive northwest of Sixth and Folks Road offers 53 assisted living units with on-site staff and services, plus all day dining. Opened this week near Theatre Lawrence and Free State High, the project began in 2021 as a major local development.

Man pleads to lesser charge in fentanyl death
