Brother testifies on lies about Camille Artmann murder

Ohio motto ruled unconstitutional by federal appeals court
The 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals 2-1 held Ohio's motto With God all things are possible violates the First Amendment by endorsing Christianity. City to revisit Ninth Street bike lane plan
