Judge rules WIBW can broadcast KSU football for now
A Riley County judge issued a temporary injunction allowing WIBW AM to continue airing Kansas State University football while a trial this fall determines the final rights. The ruling found a 1969 time-share agreement lets WIBW and KKSU share the 580 AM frequency despite a December contract granting exclusive rights to Mid-America Ag Network for $1.2 million yearly.
