Public apology follows Columbine shooting misperception
A father apologized for pain caused as he challenged a police killing account tied to Columbine. The lawsuit claimed Sgt. Dan O Shea shot Daniel Rohrbough during the 1999 attack though an independent probe found Harris responsible and O Shea had not yet arrived.

Georgia crematory owner faces 266 charges in fraud case
Brent Marsh, 29, is charged with 266 counts after authorities accuse him of taking funds for cremations and keeping bodies at the Tri-State Crematory in Noble. Since February 16, 339 discarded corpses have been found on the property. Marsh is jailed in Walker County.
