Kansas minister rides to Ohio on horseback
The Rev. Ralph E. Jarboe Jr. begins a 1100 mile horseback journey from Erie and St. Paul to Cleveland to reenact circuit riders of early Methodism. The trip, ending May 7, marks the United Brethren Church bicentennial and funds Habitat for Humanity. Jarboe travels with his wife and two sons, preaching daily at stops and sharing church history.
