Two thefts on the KU campus ended with one car recovered and another left partly disabled. Raul R. Flores’s Chevrolet was stolen from Hillcrest Shopping Center and found in Ottawa with wheels and tires removed. Perry D. Ross’s 1727 West 24th Street vehicle, taken from the O zone parking lot, remained missing as of Thursday morning with the wrecker unable to reach it due to rain.
