Tornadoes Strike Two Alabama Towns No Injuries Reported
Tornadoes swept Wetumpka and a second town north of Enterprise in central and southeast Alabama early Friday. The storms damaged at least four buildings and several others, but no injuries were reported. The Wetumpka twister hit about 1 a.m., while the Enterprise-area storm occurred two hours later.
