Lawrence post office near Seventh and Vermont stays open until midnight on Thursday to serve last minute tax filers. Alferd Packer Memorial String Band kicks off at 9 PM followed by Euphoria Stringband and White Trash. The KU Final Four parade routes from Seventh and Massachusetts at 4 30 PM through downtown to South Park with Downtown Lawrence Inc and the Chamber of Commerce sponsoring. If rain hits, parade is canceled.
