The Lawrence city housing rehabilitation program will spend $217000 in a third year Community Development grant to fund about 30 grants up to $6500 each for target areas North East and Far East Lawrence and Pinckney. A $50000 winterization and a $15000 exterior fix up program will start later with federally backed loans for more extensive renovations.
