Mrs Maude Smith sues Charles W Hemphill in district court seeking 10000 damages for injuries from a fall on a basement stair said to be well known as hazardous. Also listed are Mrs L A Hartley and children visiting, and travel plans related to Muskogee and Kansas City as part of the notice.
