Former city mechanic opens auto shop on K 10 at Eudora
Roger Broers, a longtime Eudora city employee with 18 1/2 years on vehicle maintenance, plans to open Broers Automotive next month along North 1300 Road near K 10. He leaves City Hall to run a private shop with a modern, customer oriented building. He will be the sole mechanic at first, offering belts hoses brakes and AC with plans to add alignments and computer service. Broers also runs Broers Flower Shop and a greenhouse with his wife Judy. The site houses a veterinary clinic and a heating and air company near the Eudora Township Fire Department.
