Enforcement of 2 Hour Parking Ordinance Begins Monday
Today was the last day that Lawrence drivers could park in the business district without police court invites. Starting Monday morning an officer will issue tickets for violations of the two hour limit. Enforcement will differ from previous rounds with no fixed start time each day.
