Ruth Ewing Hanson 70 wife of Rev Perry O Hanson a missionary teacher died yesterday morning in Tsingtao China. Born May 4 1880 in Iola she graduated University of Kansas 1902. In 1943 she earned an award for distinguished service though unable to return home to accept it. Surviving are her husband seven children and fourteen grandchildren.
