Leavenworth county sheriff and deputies chased a Studebaker sedan early today after an armed man in army uniform filling station attire stole five gallons of gasoline and fled without paying. Attendants Hickman and Alvin Smith reported the incident, pursuing the vehicle north on Highway 73-W before the driver threatened them with a pistol and ordered them to the rear. The license plates traced to Leavenworth county were not yet located.
