Ottawa Kan April 6 Trial of Sheriff George W Hale of Wichita on liquor charges has been set by Judge Hugh Means for April. The Sedgwick county sheriff appeals his Ottawa police court conviction for drunkenness and possession of liquor after his February 13 arrest. Hale has been suspended from office by the state supreme court amid an ouster action by Attorney General A B Mitchell stemming from the arrest.
