Lyle and Faye Young of Lawrence celebrate their 50th anniversary with a reception from 2 to 4 p.m. April 13 at American Legion Post 14 in Wichita West Sixth area. The couple, married April 10, 1947 in Ellsworth, both retired from communications and medical groups. Their children and grandchildren host. Also noted is a 25th anniversary for Kathryn and Steven Jansen and a 25th for Pat and Mary Ross with receptions planned in Lawrence.
