The Friends of the Library seek volunteers for the Spring Book Sale at Lawrence Public Library 707 Wt. The sale runs Friday through April 8 and April 13. Volunteers of any age will help open boxes re shelf books and tidy stacks while members cashiers. Setup is 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday morning with hourly shifts on sale days.
