The Kansas department of the Grand Army of the Republic prepares a department roster to feature about 390 pages. It will list all in good standing members, officers, WAC, ladies of the G A R, Sons of Veterans and their auxiliary, and the Ladies' Aid Society. A historical sketch plus related contents will be included. Five thousand copies planned for initial release, selling at 10 cents before August, rising to 25 cents thereafter. Also notes silver thimbles, watches, and clock repairs at Hester's, 31 Massachusetts Street.

New Switcher Union Formed in Kansas City
