In December Mr. Law son Burrows sent $1 for a twentieth of a ticket in The Louisiana State Lottery. At the January drawing the ticket won the Third Capital Prize of 850,000, giving Burrows a $2,500 share. The ticket was collected by the United States Express Company and the cash was handed to him recently.
