Fire Destroys Home of Mr and Mrs Walker

Saturday night between eight and nine o clock the home of Mr and Mrs G B Walker was totally destroyed by fire. Origin is not known but suspected to be lamp explosion. The couple had left for shopping when the blaze started and only a front porch chair was saved. Firemen faced a blaze too extensive to save the house and furnishings. The Walkers thank friends for their interest and help.
