Dr Sheppard Elected President of Mississippi Railroad Commission

Dr F M Sheppard was today elected president of the Mississippi railroad commission at Hickson, with Janes Galerion of Jackson named secretary. The new commission was formally organized this morning. Sheppard was appointed by Governor Noel to fill the unexpired term of Commissioner Lee and was elected to succeed himself as chair last year.
