Thousands Will March In Walk-A-Thon Drive
The March of Dimes Walk-a-Thon in Las Vegas draws about 6 000 locals plus a 20 mile route to raise about 125 000 dollars. Registration starts 6 a.m. at the Las Vegas Convention Center with walkers expected to finish by 6 p.m. Local groups including Nevada National Guard and Sheriff's Posse aid security while vendors supply food and beverages.
