Eight Vegans Injured In Two Auto Accidents
City police reported two traffic accidents left eight people injured but none seriously. In the West Owens Avenue crash four people, including Peola McKee and Minnie Watson, were treated at Southern Nevada Memorial Hospital. The second collision on 25th Street involved four more victims, with Charles Schultz and three others treated for cuts and bruises as a Schultz vehicle ran off the road and struck three city signs.
