City awards emergency carpet bid to Las Vegas firm
Acting City Manager Larry Hampton announced a $13,000 emergency bid to Roberts Roof and Floor Co. of Las Vegas for carpeting at 400 E. Mesquite, the former downtown library site. The move supports rapid relocation of the Engineering and Design Department before the new computer system arrives in December.
