Halloween Hangup Planning Underway at Caesars Palace
Las Vegas hosts the second annual Halloween Hangup party starting 2 a.m. Nov. 1 at Caesars Palace Colo sseum. Sponsor Ric Mitchell names Bonnie Palma Kathy Landry Miss Nevada in Miss Universe, and Donald Schumacher as organizers. A 20 member cast will perform Fanning's Follies directed by Bill Fanning with Nancy Austin and Crystal Chandel among participants. Advance tickets are $3, at the door $6.50, with a judge panel for costume awards chosen from Strip hotel stars.

Two California men wanted for forgery and narcotics possession were extradited to Las Vegas yesterday. Joseph Sapienza, 52, of Hollywood, booked on forgery. Frank Arrington, 28, of Gardena, booked on narcotics possession.
