Katherine Ann Seymore 25 of 3416 Tabor Ave was placed on five years probation after pleading guilty to conspiracy to aid in a crime a suspended one year jail term. She drove the car in a Feb 16 hit and run that killed 11 year old Elaine Daniels while Layman drove the vehicle. Layman, 28 of Bakersfield, pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter and received a suspended six year term.
