Long Lease At Hotel To Proceed
District Judge Charles Thompson issued a permanent injunction blocking the Nevada Real Estate Division from interfering with the Carriage House Hotel prepaid reservation plan in Las Vegas. The program grants a one or two week annual reservation for 40 years, the judge ruling no land or property is being sold and the division cannot intervene. Third Sale Suit Filed Over Thunderbird Hotel Sale
